I’m taking a stretch here with this book. It’s not a romance. It’s not cute and sweet and fluffy. But it’s a story I feel compelled to tell and write.

It’s a poignant, bold story of a young woman coming of age. She deals with a neglectful mother, an absent father, her budding sexuality, bullying, substance abuse, and a toxic friendship. Hailee Ferris believes she is a walking train wreck who doesn’t deserve love. As she grows into a young woman, her story becomes one of healing, forgiveness and moving on.
